The interface maintains Evernote's established visual identity while introducing education-specific functionality through an intuitive tile-based navigation system that prioritizes student workflows. The design employs a restrained color palette of navy blue, white, and strategic orange accents to create a professional yet approachable aesthetic that appeals to college-aged users. The information architecture has been completely restructured around student-specific needs, introducing dedicated sections for notes, e-reader capabilities, calendar integration, file storage, and a community feature that enables collaborative learning.
